Rotary Club of Utica will be holding its first annual charity golf tournament, Tees for Trees, on Sunday, August 8, at Hidden Valley Golf Club in Whitesboro, NY. The fun starts at noon with registration and lunch. The tournament is a four-person scramble format. The fee is $95 per person, and includes lunch before golf, golf fees and cart, dinner after golf, door prizes, trophies, team photos and more! Tee sign hole sponsorships are available for $100 for an 18" x 24" sign. For more information download the registration and sponsorship forms, available here:
The proceeds from this year's tournament, Tees for Trees, will support the Club's Urban Tree Planting Project, in cooperation with The Unitarian Universalist Church, Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency, and the City of Utica Parks Department. The project’s goal is to aid urban homeowners in enhancing the value of your property, improving the air quality within their community by reducing carbon emissions, and providing a canopy of shade to lower the heat index during summer months.
