To demonstrate this year’s theme ‘Rotary Connects the World’ he spoke of the exchange student he housed for 6 weeks whom he reconnected with 18 years later. He encouraged us to invite others to a meeting and ‘knock on your neighbors’ door’ to grow our club. He mentioned the District 7150 Conference in Oswego on October 19th and encouraged us to attend. October 24th is World Polio Day and they are working on organizing a Polio Awareness week for CNY starting October 19th.
