The Rotary Club of Utica annually presents its Pride of Workmanship Awards, honoring individuals who exemplify commitment, professionalism, creativity, enthusiasm and initiative in their jobs. These individuals make a positive difference to their employers, whether it be in a business or organization; and they demonstrate an understanding of the award’s motto: “Where Pride Meets Performance.”
The Rotary Club of Utica has been recognizing outstanding employees since 1990.
Companies and organizations may nominate an outstanding employee by using the POW Nomination Form. (2026 deadline is Sept. 11.)
A Pride of Workmanship Awards Luncheon will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Five Points Public House and Events Center at noon. Tickets are $30.
