The Rotary Club of Utica annually presents its Pride of Workmanship Awards, honoring individuals who exemplify commitment, professionalism, creativity, enthusiasm and initiative in their jobs. These individuals make a positive difference to their employers, whether it be in a business or organization; and they demonstrate an understanding of the award’s motto: “Do it once, do it well. Build a better future.”
The Rotary Club of Utica has been recognizing outstanding employees since 1990.
Companies and organizations may nominate an outstanding employee by using the POW Nomination Form.
A Pride of Workmanship Awards Program takes place at noon Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025 at Five Points Public House and Events Center (Irish Cultural Center).
