Rotary Club of Utica Is Accepting Nominations for 2025 Pride of Workmanship Awards.
Rotary’s Pride of Workmanship Awards Program returns this fall, and the Rotary Club of Utica is now accepting nominations from the community for this year’s award recipients. The awards recognize outstanding contributions by employees (below the management level) in all businesses, industries and organizations.
Since 1990, Utica Rotary has recognized outstanding individuals and will do so again at its 2025 awards program at noon Thursday, October 16, at Five Points Public House and Events Center in Utica.
Pride of Workmanship recipients exemplify an outstanding commitment to their job, and their performance makes a positive difference to their employer. Moreover, recipients demonstrate the following:
● Outstanding competence and consistency of effort
● Commitment to their employer
● Commitment to their co-workers (team players)
● Professionalism and creativity
● Enthusiasm and initiative
● Willingness to go above and beyond the job description
● An understanding of the award’s motto: “Do it once, do it well. Build a better
future.”
